Jimmy Tatro is an actor, writer, director, and producer known for his distinct comedic perspective and work across digital media, film, and television. He first gained attention as the creator and star of the popular YouTube series Life According to Jimmy, which amassed hundreds of millions of views and led to a breakout role in 22 Jump Street. He later earned widespread acclaim as the lead of Netflix's American Vandal, receiving a Critics' Choice Award nomination for Best Actor. His recent credits include Netflix's series The Hawk, Paramount's Scream 7, and a range of studio film and television projects including Searchlight’s Theatre Camp, Home Economics, Modern Family and 20th Century Studios' Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice. Next up for Tatro is Amazon MGM's Judgement Day and the much anticipated Gorilla Grodd series from DC Comics for which he will play the title character. In addition to acting, Tatro writes and directs his own projects. He created, directed, and starred in all three seasons of The Real Bros of Simi Valley before making his commercial directorial debut with SixTwentySix.
