Iranian-American filmmaker Arrad made a (first) name as a prolific powerhouse in music videos. With over a decade of experience directing, Arrad’s roster is a rap sheet of the highest-profile artists. Known for his innate ability to elicit stunning performances, Arrad combines a popping editorial style, high-concept visual language, and technical execution that goes unmatched. Recently, Arrad branched out to narrative storytelling with his award-winning short film Lioness, an emotive visual poem sparked by the 2022 unjust death of Mahsa Amini.
